Actinidia pilosula also known as the variegated kiwi is a non-evergreen climber dark green, oval-shaped leaves which are coloured with pink and cream, with white tips, some flushed pink on red twining stems.
This unusual plant bears small, cup-shaped, fragrant dark pink flowers, followed by edible yellow green fruit and is best planted against a sunny wall, fence or trellis to bring out the bright leaf colours.
