Clematis 'Red Pearl' is a free flowering compact growing variety, whose flowers come out deep red and fade to different shades of pink, some having red stripes on the petals with cream centres from June through to September.

Clematis 'Red Pearl' was raised by Kozo Sugimoto of Japan around 1992.

This non-evergreen climber is perfect for adding colour for a long period to your garden or patio, either planted in the ground, trained up a trellis, fence, wall, pergola, or in a container to add a talking point to your patio.
